In short, yes. Now, this would be a very boring article if I just stopped there and although I am certainly tempted (to stop), I won’t, my boss would probably fire me; actually, most definitely would fire me.
Anyways, here is the long answer. For centuries upon centuries, oils have been used all over the globe as a treatment for hair thickening, hair health and hair growth. From the Indians, to the Moroccans; to even the Native Americans.
But that’s not enough, just because they are used doesn’t mean they are useful. Well that’s what sceptics would say, to see what the actual truth is, we go to modern science and clinical studies.
Modern science has seen that topical oils, such as Rosemary, Peppermint, Coffee Oil, Castor oil and a whole load more are extremely effective & efficient at hair growth. Even being as or more effective than minoxidil in some trials. (Just to let you know, all of these oils are in our awarding winning hair growth treatment, linked here if you want to check it out).
There are a lot of hair oils out there. And I would’t trust them all. Go through the reviews, see what they say; trial and test some out. The reason I say this is that ‘oil quality’ is a thing. Some companies produce terrible oils to reduce costs and increase profits. A high quality oil is a must, so check the reviews, don’t buy the cheapest one either; do your due diligence.
I hope this helps. :)
